Reseal the packaging your order arrived in and return to us using the sticker with our address and your web order number on which is enclosed with every order (this sticker is not prepaid). We reserve the right to discount the refund if the goods are not in the original, unused condition. Delivery charges on the original order are not refundable. Keep proof of purchase for any items you are returning as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
